Most lighting, body and performance products require professional installation to function properly. Additionally, returning an item because one doesn't know how to personally install it themselves will result in restocking fees and loss of shipping/handling fees. The allowance of a return assumes the item is/was not installed, used, or broken.

Please read the labels on the boxes when you receive the product. Returning a product that you later found to be the wrong one shipped after you tried installing it is not grounds for a return. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can rectify the situation.

No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items, electronic products, and body kits.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returns must be returned through a traceable method and insured. If we cannot verify receipt of the product to us, we can't process the return.

Returns are shipped via a ground method at our discretion unless the customer pays for the difference for expedited shipping. Prior expedited shipping on the original order has no bearing on the second return method of shipping.
